After the conference (around 13:30), we invite you to participate in a thematic table session, which will be an excellent opportunity to discuss key topics related to accessibility and the new law. Representatives from market surveillance authorities on accessibility of products and services, business representatives (members of the EAA group at the Accessibility Council) as well as experts representing the OECD National Contact Point for responsible business conduct will provide answers to questions on accessibility of products, information, digital accessibility and accessibility as part of responsible business conduct.
This will be an excellent opportunity to obtain practical information on the application of accessibility requirements, exchange experiences, hear about best practices and make valuable contacts in the area of accessibility and responsible business!
Table 1 - Product accessibility

- the requirement of understandability of information and main challenges in this area,
- how to scale understandability depending on the complexity of the product and its universality,
- tips on how to combine understandability and B2 language level maintenance,
- examples of good market practices in accessible information, based on a case study of a project led by the Polish Bank Association.

Table 4: Accessibility as part of responsible business conduct

At this table you will learn:
- why accessibility and respecting human rights are among the key elements of responsible business conduct (RBC),
- how the OECD and the UN regulate respecting human rights, including the rights of people with disabilities, in their recommendations on responsible business,
- how to implement the principles of responsible business into a company's day-to-day operations,
- what are the responsibilities of the OECD National Contact Point for responsible business conduct.
