Research Manager at Flying Bisons
A graduate of Sociology at Adam Mickiewicz University and Design Management - Innovation Management at SWPS University - School of Form in Poznań. For nearly a decade, she has applied her education in social sciences and innovation to market and trend analysis and forecasting. She spent five years with Metaphor, where she co-created research and development processes for clients such as YouNick Technology Park, Alfa Bridge, Diligent, Allegro Group, Lorenz Snack-World, the City of Poznań, SWPS University, the Marshal’s Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Harpo, and Noti. Since 2022, she has been collaborating with Flying Bisons, leveraging her experience to enhance project processes for digital products and services. She is pursuing a PhD in trend analysis and forecasting at Adam Mickiewicz University. She also teaches at Adam Mickiewicz University, SWPS University, and Collegium Da Vinci. She is the creator and academic supervisor of the postgraduate program Forecasting and Implementing Trends.
Together with Natalia Sidor, she co-authored the report "State of CX in e-Government Platforms."
