Expert on social and vocational rehabilitation and accessibility for people with disabilities. Member of the Accessibility Council at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, the Council of Persons with Disabilities at the Ombudsman and the Team for Accessibility of Health Care for Patients with Disabilities at the Ombudsman for Patients' Rights. For many years, he has cooperated with the third sector acting socially for the benefit of the community of persons with disabilities, for which, among other things, he was awarded the Order of St. Stanislaus.
