Her work is based on WCAG 2.1 standards, user testing, and a Design Thinking approach – she is a certified moderator of this method. She leads workshops and training sessions, promoting knowledge in the field of digital accessibility. Working in accessibility since 2018. Gained experience in a local government organization, where she supported the implementation of accessibility in response to changing guidelines and regulations. She conducted website audits, delivered training for staff, and coordinated educational campaigns funded by the EU. She also designed materials in line with universal design principles and led a task force on accessibility that developed customer service standards for people with diverse needs. Currently, working at the Central IT Centre, responsible for improving user experience in digital products, particularly the mObywatel mobile app. Co-develops the Design System documentation, including assistive technologies. She develops methodology for testing the accessibility of mobile apps, and conducts accessibility audits. Her goal is to integrate accessibility into current design and development processes.
