Doctor habilitatus, Professor at the University, employed at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin. Head of the Financial Law Research Team at the Institute of Legal Sciences, University of Szczecin. Author of numerous publications in the field of financial market law, particularly banking law. Other research interests include central banking, foreign exchange law, and tax law (mainly local taxes and fees). Member of, among others, the Scientific Society for Organization and Management, Szczecin Branch, and the Polish Association for Social Insurance. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journals Acta Iuris Stetinensis and Studia Administracyjne.
