Attractive solutions in this field are designed by a company from Białystok, Elastic Cloud Solutions (ECS), which has taken advantage of EU funds to conquer foreign markets.
The company has created a smart platform named workai. It is a set of ready-made tools that improve internal communication, knowledge management and employee engagement. The introduction of such systems no longer needs to be associated with a process lasting many months and diverting the attention of employees.
"We have decided to change this model. The workai platform is introduced in a short period of time. No technical knowledge is needed to operate it. The first implementation of our solution at PKP Energetyka was awarded by the Nielsen Norman Group. In our industry it is like winning the Oscar", said Łukasz Skłodowski, the President of ECS.
ECS has already been successful in Germany, where 40 thousand employees of companies from the financial sector are using the platform.
"Our product proves to be perfect for companies with a dispersed structure, where communication, employee engagement and knowledge management need to be improved. But our solution is also available to smaller companies", said Grzegorz Ciwoniuk, the start-up’s co-founder.
The tool developed by ECS substantially improves the comfort of work and labour productivity. It is simple and intuitive to use, and does not require any IT or graphic skills.
Smart platform
Workai, a solution developed by Elastic Cloud Solutions, is a Digital Employee Experience smart platform. It supports organisations in the process of digital transformation within their internal environments.
Thanks to EU funds, the company could become recognisable in the new markets and establish a network of partners.
"We provide funding for participation in sector conferences, trade fairs and missions. During such events, we present our products to our delighted partners from abroad", says Grzegorz Ciwoniuk. - We are taking the market by surprise".
