In connection with the commencement of application as of 25 May 2018 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 2016.119.1 of 04.05.2016) (GDPR), we would like to inform you as follows:
- the Data Controller of your personal data is the Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy with its seat in Warsaw, 00-926, ul. Wspólna 2/4.
- Data Protection Officer may be contact at – IOD@mfipr.gov.pl.
- Your personal data are processed for the purposes of implementing the statutory tasks of the Data Controller, under the provisions of law, in particular: Article 8(1) of the Act, of 4 September 1997 on the governmental administration departments (consolidated text: Dz.U. (Polish Journal of Laws) 2018 item 762).
- In connection with the processing of data in the purposes indicated in (3), your personal data may be disclosed to other recipients or categories of data recipients. Recipients of your personal data may be entities authorised to receive your personal data, including third countries who are not EU member states, in justified cases and on the basis of relevant provisions of law.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to pursue the purposes of the processing, but no shorter than the period indicated in the provisions on archiving.
- In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller, you have the following rights:
- to access your data, under Article 15 of the GDPR, provided that the disclosed personal data may not disclose confidential information nor violate secrets that are legally protected and that the Data Controller must keep, and subject to Article 5 of the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection;
- to rectification of data, under Article 16 of the GDPR;
- to restriction of processing of data, under Article 18 of the GDPR.
- Providing personal data is mandatory under the provisions of law.
- Providing personal data in the forms available on the Websites of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy is voluntary. If the provision of data took place on the basis of a consent, the consent may be withdrawn using a form.
- If it is recognized that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller violates the provisions of law, you are entitled to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- The processing of your personal data does not take place in an automated manner.
